Most notably, we use highly sustainable Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) construction in our developments and this is integral to our offer. We were one of the first UK building firms to use CLT in private homes and are the only building contractor to be supplied directly by the leader in the field, Stora Enso.
Endorsed by architects, CLT is made off-site and delivered for assembly, enabling a highly proficient construction process.
