For Clients and suppliers we will mostly require contact details and financial information while for subcontractors, we will need all company details in order to be verified by HMRC before any payments can be made. We sometimes monitor email communications to resolve complaints, improve our service and in order to comply with our legal and regulatory requirements. The information we capture in this way may include your:
Contact name;
Full company registered and invoice address;
E-mail address, phone number and other identification records;
Financial information;
HMRC and Company House details;
other information relevant to us, our Clients, including references and/or offers.
Information we obtain from other sources. We may obtain the following information about you from third parties:
identification records, references and authorised signatory information (from our clients and their investee companies);
financial information from your and/or your bank and
CVs
Why we need this information
We need to know your basic personal data in order to process purchase orders and invoices, sales orders, make payments, provide quotations, and supply technical information or health and safety instructions in line with our obligations and contract with you. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.
