ChampionBuild was appointed to deliver the comprehensive redevelopment and fit-out of a city-centre building on 71 Park Street, Bristol. The project created 22 high-quality student accommodation studios over multiple floors, alongside a ground-floor commercial unit delivered to shell and core specification.

ChampionBuild managed the full programme as Main Contractor, including structural alterations, internal reconfiguration, installation of mechanical and electrical services, bespoke joinery, and high-specification finishes throughout. Off-site joinery manufacture and careful sequencing ensured quality control and minimised programme risk on the constrained urban site.

The completed development provides modern, durable, and energy-efficient student accommodation with high-specification interiors, strong commercial appeal, and long-term asset value, alongside a flexible ground-floor commercial space. All services were integrated seamlessly, including energy-efficient heating, ventilation, fire safety systems, and data/power distribution, without compromising the design or functionality of compact studio layouts.
