ChampionBuild was appointed to carry out the full refurbishment and fit-out for Urban Creation’s office on 62 Park Street, Bristol. The role included strip-out, new internal layouts, exposed services strategy and bespoke M&E installation.

ChampionBuild delivered full strip-out and refurbishment of the existing space, constructed glazed timber-frame partitions to define collaborative work zones, and designed and installed complex mechanical and electrical systems in-house. All services were coordinated as exposed elements, integrating AC, heating and MVHR with suspended lighting above desk zones.

Key features included a fully fitted staff kitchen canteen at first floor level, a ground-floor tea station, and high-quality finishes throughout. The completed office delivers a modern workspace supporting collaboration, flexibility and future growth.
