January 2013: New £1.6m project in Highgate
Our latest project is as the main contractor on the construction of a £1.6m house in Highgate, north London. The three-bedroom 4,800 sq ft house with swimming pool provides a selection of connected 'lifestyle' spaces over three floors.
The development uses innovative construction methods and technologies, maintaining the highest level of sustainability. Read more >
The build is an RC basement construction with waterproof concrete and a delta membrane cavity drainage system.
The eco-friendly design includes an intensive green roof, Ecodan air source heat pumps and triple-glazed aluminium windows by Schüco. Read more >
December 2010: ChampionBuild starts work on a £2.2million project in north London
ChampionBuild is providing project management, cost consultancy and labour supply services to Future Urban Ltd in the development of eight houses, four apartments and a commercial unit on Hornsey Road, Archway.
The project is due for completion in April 2011. Read more >
